| Product End of Life Notification: |
Dear Valued Customer,
As part of InvenSense’s on-going product lifecycle management process, the following dual-axis analog "IDG" and "IXZ" products will be transitioned to "End-of-Life" (EOL) status and we are offering the following possible alternative.

Under the terms of InvenSense’s last time buy program, orders will be accepted until March 1, 2012 after which no additional orders will be accepted. Scheduled deliveries will be permitted within 6 months of the last time buy date. Thereafter, these products will be considered obsolete and no additional deliveries will be made.

Acceptance of last time buy orders is subject to product availability and is at the discretion of InvenSense. Products purchased during this end-of-life transition period will be fully covered by InvenSense’s standard product warranty. Purchase orders for these products will be considered non-cancelable, non-returnable (NCNR). Potential product returns will be accepted under our normal RMA procedures. Failure analysis will be limited to verification of failure and remedies will be limited to credit of the purchase price of the product.
